Multi Gen Consult is fully aware of the standardised CQC requirement to ensure our Clients care, Health and Safety, Data Protection, Recording and Reporting procedures to maintain best practice.
We will have up-to-date policy and procedure manuals for all staff to ensure that they are well informed and clear about their roles.
In addition, We will provide employees with regular training within all divisions to ensure they understand the details of the work they do daily.
